With a passion for semiotics, Raffaella has held senior positions in branding and full-service creative agencies within prominent global companies like WPP and IPG. In these roles, she served as both a client director and strategist, gaining valuable experience in B2B and B2C across various industries including healthcare, technology, FMCG, hospitality, and luxury.

Two years ago, Raffaella joined LinkedIn to kick off a pilot exclusively dedicate to Creative Agencies: her role involved developing a global GTM strategy to position LinkedIn as the preferred B2B platform for creative agencies. This strategy aimed to help agencies gaining competitive edge and grow their clients by leveraging their Business and Creative Intelligence.

Raffaella’s fluency in five languages fuels her exploration of how culture and language shape brand perception and advertising. It’s a field that merges psychology, sociology, linguistics, and marketing, highlighting the profound impact of cultural diversity on consumer behavior.
